1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the repair services provided by FANTASTIC GADGET REPAIRS LTD, a company registered in England with company number 14912043 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide professional repair services for communication devices including:

  • Smartphones and mobile devices
  • Tablets and portable devices
  • Communication equipment and accessories
  • Related diagnostic and maintenance services

3. Service Area

Our services are available to customers in the following CIS countries:

  • Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Belarus
  • Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia
  • Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan

Important: We do not provide services to customers in the Russian Federation.

4. Quotation and Pricing

4.1 Free Diagnostics

We provide free initial diagnostics for all devices. A detailed quote will be provided before any repair work begins.

4.2 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in your local currency
  • Prices include parts and labor
  • Additional charges may apply for expedited services
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date

5. Repair Process and Timeline

5.1 Standard Timeline

  • Normal repairs: 3-5 business days
  • Urgent repairs: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
  • Emergency repairs: Same day when possible (premium rates)

5.2 Device Condition Requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that:

  • Are reported stolen or obtained illegally
  • Have been tampered with by unauthorized parties
  • Are beyond economical repair
  • Pose safety risks to our technicians

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and local payment systems.

6.2 Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon completion
  • Devices will not be released until full payment is received

7. Warranty and Guarantee

7.1 Repair Warranty

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering:

  • Parts used in the repair
  • Labor performed
  • Workmanship quality

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Water damage after repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage to areas not repaired by us
  • Software issues unrelated to hardware repair

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 Data Backup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repair. We are not responsible for data loss during the repair process.

8.2 Privacy Protection

We respect your privacy and will not access personal data unless necessary for diagnostics or repair purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of data or information
  • Business interruption losses
  • Any amount exceeding the repair cost

10. Device Collection and Return

10.1 Uncollected Devices

Devices not collected within 30 days of completion notice may be disposed of at our discretion. Storage fees may apply after 30 days.

10.2 Shipping and Handling

For remote customers, we offer secure shipping services. Shipping costs and insurance are the customer's responsibility.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 Dispute Process

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to arbitration or court proceedings in England.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
